This is a fantastic limited edition large format book printed from scans of the original artwork drawn by Jean Giraud, also known by his mysterious pen name: Moebius.

Each of the books in this edition are numbered from a limited edition of 2999 published worldwide.

'XIII' is a Belgian graphic novel series about an amnesiac who seeks to discover his past. It was created by writer Jean Van Hamme and artist William Vance. Several artists have all had a hand in drawing volumes of the book - this edition stands out however due to it's fantastic artwork and glorious reproduction. Thanks to being scanned from the original artwork, the depth of ink is nearly palpable.

All text is in French, but the images leave little to be guessed thanks to Giraud's graphic storytelling.
