Dr. Duncan Waring is removing the tonsils of a beloved pop-star, Elwood Sparkle, which has caused his devoted fans to worry about their idol's pipes.

The media frenzy leads to Dr Duncan posing as the pop-star to ease the media attention from the recovering patient.

Mistaking Dr Dunc for Elwood Sparkle two men kidnap him, hoping to extort ransom money but their plans are dashed when they realise they have kidnapped a decoy.
